Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition and packaging
Unassembled (if applicable)
Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
Accompanied by original tags and documentation

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@dwellingeffects.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@dwellingeffects.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dwellingeffects.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
