Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping times vary based on your location and the item(s) ordered:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited options may be available at checkout for select items
Please note that processing and shipping times are separate. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and specialized furniture freight carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!
Delivery
Most items are delivered via standard carrier to your doorstep. Large furniture items may require curbside delivery. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for furniture items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at dwellingeffects@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
